The first full-length teaser trailer and new photos for Marvel’s ANT-MAN have been released.
ANT-MAN is the story of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), a master thief given a suit created by scientist Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) that gives the wearer the incredible ability to shrink in size but increase in strength, as well as telepathically control insects. Pym, who has been monitoring Lang’s criminal activity for some time, offers Lang a second chance at redemption saying “It’s not about saving our world, it’s about saving theirs”, before passing on his legacy: “I need you to become The Ant-Man”.
“One question”, Lang asks, “Is it too late to change the name?”
By the look of the trailer it seems like Marvel is to deliver us a movie very different from other material in the Marvel Cinematic Universe we’ve seen before. It’s an okay teaser, nothing spectacular or very revealing about the plot but there is a good look at the cast, some nifty special effects and Paul Rudd’s ripped body.
