3. He owns a book called Making Out In Japanese, full of dirty Japanese phrases. While shooting Lost in Translation in Japan, he’d use the book to hit on sushi chefs.

4. Rumours ran riot that he’d headbutted Charlies Angels director McG in the face during filming. Bill denied the accusation, but went on to say that McG “deserves to die” and that “he should be pierced with a lance”.

5. He is known for pulling pranks on strangers before revealing himself and saying “no one will ever believe you.”

6. He’ll gatecrash your drunken karaoke night and it’ll be amazing.
